Ingredients : Lakadong Haldi, Rose Powder, Ginger Powder, Pepper Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Cardamom Powder
How to brew : Boil the water or milk and switch off the flame. Take a teaspoon of the latte in a cup. Pour the hot water or milk on the latte. Let it brew for 2-3 minutes. Whisk it properly till it mixes well homogeneously.
Lakadong Haldi (Turmeric) is a variety of turmeric grown in the North Eastern state of Meghalaya. This turmeric is found to have the highest percentage of curcumin.
