Handrolled Jasmine Pearl Green tea

Jasmine Pearls are hand-rolled young green tea leaves. The rolled pearls are dried and then blended with unopened night-blooming jasmine flowers. Over the course of the night, the flowers operand release their aroma into the tea, flavouring it and giving it the heady scent associated with the tea. The next morning, the flowers are removed and the entire operation in done all over again upto six times to achieve a high quality jasmine tea.
